Great Corporate Work Environment

Pros

Excellent compensation, typical corporate culture, friendly co-workers, standard work week with weekends off, good benefits if you choose to use them. Really isn’t a bad place to work.

Cons

The state of the company right now is not too great, and senior management doesn’t seem to be doing anything to turn it around. Improvements need to be made to our technologies so customers actually want to stay with us, or else Frontier may not even exist in a few years.

Pros

Good pay and benefits....for now.

Cons

Too small to be a big company and too big to be a small company. This company is in over it's head. No one takes ownership or cares about about anything because there is no process or structure whatsoever. It's also next to impossible to get answers from management....though it's not their fault because the farther up the chain you go, the more BS you hear from the top. Each department seems to have it's own issues and an infectious "I don't care" attitude.

Has such great potential

Pros

The coworkers have been very nice and helpful. The pay is fantastic. No work on sundays which is great.

Cons

A Union environment, which can be good and bad. Frontier provides very little to go off of to retain it's customers, most of the day is spent arguing with people as to why their bill is/will go up. The systems are very slow and antiquated. Expected to "sell on value" to very angry people. Your job will suffer because technicians didn't show up and other customer service agents lied, which results in disconnects and less money for you. Starting shift hours can be pretty rough. The products you are expected to push in a majority of the territory are inadequate for the needs of most customers, but don't tell them that. In other markets, the product is slightly overpriced.
