Frontier reviews

As the title states, upper management is complete garbage. When you have sales(wo)men running a public utility company it's bound to fail and Frontiers stock proves this statement. It kills me to write a bad review on this company because it could be so much better! Upper management focuses on all the wrong things and try to cut costs in places that don't make since. Their decisions to save money in certain departments ends up costing them more in other departments.

IT leadership seems to be racist to some extent or maybe it's just me but I see only white folks getting hired or promoted to VP level and above. Don't join Frontier IT organization if you're looking for a company to build a career and you're not white otherwise you'll get stuck in lower positions for many years even if you have a stellar performance. Other organizations like Network or Marketing seem to be ok with diversity in their leadership.
