      Pros

      Most of the people are nice and the benefits were decent for the company's size.

      Cons

      Most of the Senior Leadership is not visible and does not provide good direction on where the company is going and the plans to get there. Not a clear vision of who is leading the company. Tools and technology are not up to date. Company not adequated prepared for recent expansions into larger competitive markets.

      Pros

      Pay is good, but sales are horrid and stress levels are beyond control. People are hanging on tooth and nails to their jobs

      Cons

      Horrible systems, lack of employee support. Managers are unrealistic in their goals. Few area managers are snide and arrogant. Focused on sales instead of improving infrastructure. Transition from Verizon to Frontier failed in such a way there may not be a good recovery for years. Laying off experienced people to hire on low pay management force. Lied about pro Veteran support, employees laid off were military veterans including me. Huge nepotistic environment not conducive to promotion based on merits and skills.

      Good Benefits and compensation. Plenty of vacation time.

      Cons

      Poorly run company. Senior management does not have a clue how to run a telephone communications company.
