Pros

ABUNDANT PTO ... and the ability to (easily, if you apply yourself just a little bit) to make really solid pay-for-performance benefits and sales commissions. Team atmosphere is fun.

Cons

Management witch hunts were visible to the floor techs and thereby decreased floor morale. Bickering, at times, was widespread. Personal agendas could easily get in the way of helping a team grow.

Pros

Management used to care about us. One manager would come around every day to say hi. I would get balloons for every good survey I got. I don't anymore though. I think they ran out of helium or something. Base pay and Incentives are pretty good and the time off is good.

Cons

New management just wants to write everybody up. The culture has changed and isn't fun anymore. Nobody cares anymore.

Promise a great base salary!

Cons

Never tell you only 11 people out of 400 actually qualify. Hardcore sales for a company with a crumbling info structure.
