      Great people. Terrible senior leadership team

      Pros

      Frontier hires great, smart, dedicated people. Service techs and engineers are truly awesome and dedicated.

      Cons

      Senior leadership is myopic and talks out of both sides of their mouths. The values they promote are consistently undermined. MO is do it fast (as opposed to do it right the first time). Be careful taking on additional responsibilities which are offered to top performers -- there is never additional compensation or recognition and what is supposed to be temporary becomes permanent.

      Pros

      Was great regular work, benefits and retirement plan can make for comfortable living. There are growth opportunities when time and effort are put in.

      Cons

      A lot of back and forth with upper management. The changes of direrictions are frequent and often not thought threw as would revert back in short time

      Discounts on telecom services and incumbent status. Nice rank and file employees.

      Cons

      They frequently pay commissions late or not at all Very political Revolving door Horrible customer service Continually cutting back due to declining revenue Many incompetent leaders and product managers
