Pros

Base plus commissions, outdoor work, do not work here as a salesperson!

Cons

Micro managed, door to door, unethical practices, short term career. Company didn’t pay me my commission when I left and said they had the right to change the terms at anytime they wanted

Pros

Many of the people want to do the right thing for customers. Upper management does not.

Cons

The new leadership brought in many people from outside the industry or clec world. A number of strong revenue generating teams have been replaced with teams not coming close to the previous teams production. Numbers are fudged to make the newbies look successful on paper and they are being paid highly for no revenue production.

Pros

Pay is good but shortly after start date they started changing the commission pay structure making it harder to get paid for closing deals. HQ in the heart of Dallas, and a newly furbished office with modern common areas and updated look.

Cons

Terrible work standards, monthly quotas with no real territory to prospect. Most of the network territory were areas outside the city with no major businesses. The CRM system is in desperate need of organizing often assigning multiple sales people to the same account. To make matters worse they encouraged their sales team to prospect into their peers account regardless of current activity. I entered the company as an early development hire with the hopes of learning and growing my sales acumen but instead was constantly hounded on performance metrics daily and never truly received help or direction as to how to improve my sales.
