Pros

This company will pay you if you can navigate the antiquated systems, and lack of structure. They put individuals in positions that care about people.

Cons

This company is trying to recover from poor management, inaccurate information, antiquated systems, and lack of structure. They do not set their people up for success. An indication of their lack of interest is the lack of coaching and development. "Lack of coaching and development" is grossly understated as no coaching or development is done.

Pros

Honored salaries when bought out Verizon

Cons

Poor raises, non-existent bonuses, incompetent executives, always in fire-drill mode, not prepared for the purchases they made of Verizon territories.

. Perhaps new president has some good ideas to recruit. Time will tell…

Cons

Huge we loss of talent. Initial idea was to save revenue by wiping out headcount, however with that went knowledge and talent.
