Great compensation. It used to be a stable job, not so much anymore.

Cons

Business decisions made way up the food chain has deteriorated this company and its ability to provide a productive, efficient work environment. Expect a lot of stress and self inflicted issues.

Non to share took away bonus no raises for regular management.

Incompetent management, clique so no promotion if u don't play politics. no life work balance

sales commissions decreased, leadership, stock price stays low, all fixes make the situation worse, not loyal to senior employees
