Pros

Pay is OK and benefits are good, but can still be much better. Some freedom in getting jobs done without a supervisor breathing down your neck constantly.

Cons

Pay and benefits still need some improvement. (No pension anymore for new hires since 2010 I believe). Job can be a bit depressing and draining. Union does nothing really. Company not doing so well which does not help. In over their head. Does little to no training and throws you to the wolves. Poor management and executive choices have caused the downfall of the company as well as antiquated plant, equipment, and systems. Does not spend money on improving markets, just keeps buying other markets. Sells customers products they can't get, almost like a bait and switch game. Blames and expects the employees to make up for the company's poor decisions. Also, no room for growth.

Pros

Pay is decient made some friends insurance isn’t terribly expensive they do pay you for training and make you do a drug screen for employment

Cons

Management doesn’t care about you at all. Not understanding. Crappy schedules. Unrealistic sales goals. Lay offs. Changes teams and moves employees to other supervisors that are already used to their team so they hate you.

Pros

As far as call-centers go, this was a good one. They have game rooms, they pay pretty well, and they have a good bonus structure.

Cons

It’s a call-center and for me, personally, that was really draining. They are constantly restructuring which leads to chaos and lack of communication. You get lots of PTO, but it’s really difficult to actually use it on the days you want to. And after you initially get hired it’s extremely difficult to get a schedule change. Schedule change, PTO scheduling, and promotions all seem to be based solely on who in management you are friends with or like a random lottery.
