Peoples are ok. Customer are what they are.

Cons

All they care about is upsells. Not actually do zing the customers issues. Sales should be with sales people not customer service. If you don’t sell a certain amount. You’re fired. Never mind your customer service rating is high. Sell sell sell. How do you upsell angry customers??
