Came in on the ground floor and was advanced quickly in both payscale and job title under Verizon and was utilized to the fullest during the merger of certain states. Was placed in a respectable role under the new organization and taxed with many projects.

Cons

Work was inconsistent and management structure/communication between departments could be improved.

The best part of interning with frontier was the free coffee and the intern lunch & learns.

Cons

Very unclear with what was expected from on a day-to-day basis. The work I was given often seemed unimportant.
