Pros

Still pays better than most non-union jobs for the moment. Some flexibility to complete the job allows an employee to demonstrate skills. Teamwork environment.

Cons

Executives and top level managers gave themselves about 63 million in retention bonuses while going thru bankruptcy. This while the hourly employees have had pay frozen, pay more for medical, had bonuses significantly reduced and they want to take more. Also, more responsibilities have been added to the existing employees that haven't retired, left, or transfered.

Pros

Only one: The new CEO, Nick Jeffery, started Q1 2021 and is a complete "breath of fresh air". He seems to have the capability of dragging this company into the future and turning the culture around.

Cons

Completely dysfunctional executive leadership team, no collaboration between business units - boarding on "hostile", no strategic vision with constantly shifting priorities, no commitment to bring the company up to current business and technology tools and processes.
