Pros

There are very few pros ...to be honest I can't think of any really. It's a job. DAMAGE CONTROL TELLING EMPLOYEES TO COME TO THIS SITE BECAUSE AN ARTICLE TOLD THE TRUTH> WORST COMPANY TO WORK FOR !!!!

Cons

This company has such a bad reputation. all the good reviews are from people in non union locations that have worked for pennies at other placed . The pay here is sub par and well behind industries standards. The company is very top heavy, seems every other week they are hiring a VP of something. They follow instead of lead, all new acquired properties just ask those former Verizon and AT&T employees what they think. Furloughs pay cuts benefits are really not a benefit. 20 years ago this was a great industry and company . now it's just a cash register taking from its customers and employees. With no regard for anyone , As long as the money makes it's way to the top. If I were 10 years younger ,or could have seen the writing on the wall I would have left then.

Pros

It’s a job and a paycheck. I appreciate my co-workers and front line management as we do the best we can without the proper resources.

Cons

1.Very interdepartmentally dysfunctional company, processes and systems are old and antiquated. 2.We are constantly told we are losing customers but continue to buy into new markets!? 3.Technicians are not supplied with necessary materials and support to maintain the outside plant. 4.Very gas wasteful company with extremely poor dispatching procedures.

Pros

It's relatively easy if you are pragmatic and don't invest in it emotionally. You can work from home if you're helpdesk.

Cons

Management is a bunch of chickens with their heads cut off. You either get management that is very caring, but being mistreated by upper management, or you have management that is abusive and micromanages. No bonuses. You're blamed for the company's problems by the company. Stats don't matter because they hold you to a standard that the company can't even achieve, and also who cares? You're severely underpaid for the amount of queues that you're in. You're called to drive to office as a punishment for their equipment and software being useless. They force you to use new software that is slower, ineffective, and gives you a different result than if you fixed customer issues manually (it's called F.I.X by PEGA and it's trash) There is no growth whatsoever. Moving into management isn't worth it because you have to work in the office instead of from home and the pay is still too low. Frontier stock is essentially penny stock If the hiring freeze is finally lifted, you'll be laid off in a matter of months when the company finally goes bankrupt if you actually care about customer service and have even the slightest amount of empathy, you will be miserable because no one else you talk to will care about customers. "Not my department" is the most common phrase in the workplace the company is Trash
