Pros

There is nothing good about Frontier

Cons

Cheap labor will be the downfall of this company. We have became just a number to Frontier. They care more about hiring Venders than truly cating employees.

Pros

Great Pay, Great Benefits.

Cons

The local Thousand Oaks Management team treats employees like children. They run around hoping to catch you doing something wrong. (no cell phones out, no eating at your desk dumb things like that) but they do it all the time.. Major power trippers.. There are two supervisors here that enjoy disciplining employees.. If they read this, they know who they are..

Pros

Able to leave job at work, and not worry about it at home. Company selects hires with mostly good personality, coworkers are a delight to be near. Direct management is awesome.

Cons

All yearly raises and bonuses have been eliminated. We were told a week before that they are now replaced with a "shared succecss plan", in which we plan our own goals, instead of having employee reviews. Management has devoolved to a fingerpointing game at technicians because aging infrastucture and awful engineering practices result in an incredibly disjointed network. Records are delegated to Excel spreadsheets, and it is often whomever has the most spreadsheets excels at their job the best. Systems infrastucture is dated and aging as well. Consistent new tech is rolled out from engineering with no direct flow of project guidelines to those who need to troubleshoot. No time is given to learn new tech as it is introduced, it's very much an on-the-job thing. Upper management is disconnected and totalitarian, reccomending needed improvements is ignored because Sr. Management just.."knows more than you". Really,, abolishing all yearly raises for non-union employees is all that needs to be said
