Pros
The pay is decent, in certain areas. Work schedule is based on seniority. Benefits are okay. All the work that keeps coming in, helps to keep you busy. In the long run, you meet quite a few people that are friendly and want to work together to make the company greater than what it is.
Cons
The company as a whole needs a reboot. They let go of all the people that actually know what they are doing to hire vendors to come in and do the work, just to help save some money. Which is a good idea, if they were to properly train the vendors, and not just throw them out there. The company needs to invest into better systems to stay current. Using outdated systems which keeps having issues, and can be very stressful. Employees don’t know how to talk to other employees with respect, so you have onlin reps that feels as if they can talk down to you so they can get their commission in a timely manner. Technicians that holler at you, because they keep getting the run around from other departments, and no assistance when needed, because it’s not apart of their job function, but yet you have other reps in that same department that will assist you because they believe in putting the customer first. Others don’t care!
