Pros

It's a job, paid time off is good. I don't have anything else good to say about my time with this company.

Cons

My manager exhibits a lack of respect for his employees and no regard for their well being. I'm truly disappointed in my experience with this company, I've never been treated so poorly by a manager in my life.

Pros

It was good pay, and manageable schedule until they started changing the schedules. It's an easy job, anybody can get it, anybody can do it... literally. You don't even need a degree for this job. Lastly, I enjoyed the people I worked with. I was able to stay with the friends I made in training.

Cons

I could write a novel on the cons for this company. First of all, I was hired to work a specific shift, my shift got changed 4 times within the 5 months I was there. The training is basically useless, other than easy cash, but you literally have to learn everything while you are out on the phones, and my personal favorite, supervisors do not want to do their jobs... literally. If a customer asks to speak to a supervisor, first they tell you to tell the customer it will be about a 20-30 minute wait, meanwhile, you're getting yelled at for your average handle time, and then they tell you to deescalate. I'll tell you this, you can make a customer feel like they are the most amazing person in the world, but at the end of the day, they still want to speak to a supervisor and none of the supervisors want to actually get on the phones. Finally, I was always annoyed about people quitting by just walking out, apparently that is the way to go if you want your last paycheck. I left this job well over a month ago and have yet to received my paycheck. Talked to HR, they directed me to payroll, of course all I've gotten from payroll is an answering machine. So unless you want to go through a bunch of BS, find anything else.

Pros

Work at home, base pay guarantee with commission - everyone working very hard to keep all the information up-to-date and promotions kept competitive.

Cons

This job has a 80+% turnover, i was an original member who went from a large 400 person call-center to 20~ work at home agents. Not one person i worked with still works here, and the same can be said for the next 2 years of people after my time. The calls you receive (90~ a day) will slowly get to you as 3/4 of them are anger calls, other reps lied to the customer, things did not get shut off properly, bill problems etc etc. Nothing against New Yorkers as well but most of your calls if in residential will be from Rochester, NY and areas around the country that have just as "nice" of people to talk to.
