Pros

Easy product to sell. Spiffs and other prizes. Company events.

Cons

This job requires familiarity with a highly redundant number of RIDICULOUSLY unintuitive systems. These systems feel like they require more work in assembling a simple deal then preparing a 747 for takeoff. They also look like they are straight out of the pre-millenia with lack of GUI. Seriously, Frontier's systems make NO SENSE. It's like they had a schizoid voodoo priest from the 1980's help them put their process together. Consequently NOBODY is on the same page, as everyone learned over a several months to years , the seemingly random steps to work through the system and how to maneuver around the infinite quirks that are guaranteed to plague them - and even after years a lot of employees still don't get it. And this causes hold times higher than calling the IRS, and an extremely high number of input errors, causing a plethora of delays and mistakes in the ordering process. It's no wonder Frontier's customer service scores are so low. There is plenty of room for the simplification of these systems and reduction in the workload. What Frontier needs to do is higher an entry level programmer to create a single and complete CRM system. Frontier is a great reminder that a lack of education among management, is bound to create a sloppy work environment.
