Pretty easy training but pointless. Low hourly wage until commissions kick in and then the coach you.

Cons

Micromanagement, treat you like a child, you have to sneak to use your cell phone not call but even look at. Not worth it and pay blows for the hours put in

Great benefits, great pay, good opportunities for bonuses and grow. Great team environment and amazing supportive management.

Cons

the bonus and scheduling was based on customer surveys which was not specific to the representative so responses were not always based on our performance.
