The workers were competent and well trained.

Cons

The senior leadership were not trustworthy. Would change results to make themselves look better. Throw underlings under the bus. No loyalty.

Pros

Potential to make commission only if you are well connected within company. They'll pass the deals to you if they like you, in addition to nice territories. otherwise you will be stuck cold calling business outside of Frontiers footprint. Then ask by management why you cannot close any deals. Very bureaucratic company, This is the reason only 5% of employees stay at frontier the other 95% leaves in less than a year. Very high turnover in every position, toxic culture. Most people are at the end of their career cycle. Frontier cannot find young talent to joint the company.

Cons

Frontier will set you up for failure from day 1 remember that. Internal operations are nightmares! It would take you one week to send a quote and create a contract. After you talk to 5 different people because you have to guess the prices. This is how bad the software at frontier are. CRM outdated, no customer record, bad communication with installers and billing. No simple way to do anything. Customer data is wrong, nothing is in one place no easy access. Everything internally is a mess, There is a reason this company is bankrupt and no one wants to business with frontier, remember. Managers cannot help in anything because they are new and don't want to learn. The offices space is old, depressing and dirty, very old equipment, computers barely work. No one has any type of aspirations in here everybody is just waiting in line to get fired. Just a clear example of the work culture from Frontier.
