Pros

Some of the best things about working at Frontier is the fact that you are paid well, your opinion matters and you have the responsibility to participate in positive change.

Cons

The only challenges that come from working at Frontier are those that come from the industry. The industry as a whole has many technological pressures which are constantly changing the playing field. An example is home phone service, not that many people are buying this service these days.

Pros

In 4 years Frontier has significantly expanded internet service to rural areas that previously couldn't have it. Frontier listens to their employees and customers and makes changes based on feedback. We receive competitve salaries and vacation time. In addition, Frontier is a 100% US based workforce.

Cons

Having local stores where customers can pay a bill or sign-up for services would help Frontier be more competitive with other providers.
