Pros

Great atmosphere to work in. The office culture here is really friendly, inviting, and fun. There are great employee incentives that give you something to work for.

Cons

It is a call center. There is a negative stigma about call centers around the country, but they use a 100% US. based technical support service.

Pros

I love coming to work everyday! Its not easy work, but definetly worth it. Pay is excellent in our area, workload is demanding and keeps me busy. Great bosses and compensation. 401K, Medical, Paid Time Off, Holidays Paid. Take the Lead compensation means extra cash for sales.

Cons

Every job has cons but it is how we deal with these that make or breaks the job. Finding a work-life balance can be tough but can be done.

I love working for Frontier becuase of the dedication that each team member puts into our customers. We care and it shows on a daily basis. Best company I have ever worked for.

Cons

There are challenges with every company and Frontier is taking the time to overcome any and all obstacles that arise.
