Pros

Treating the employee in todays fast moving world, Frontier has been I feel at the front of most other companies in the industry.

Cons

Frontier has been transforming from a telephony business to an internet co. With this there is some growth pains associated to change. All the time putting employees in the good.

Great comprehensive solutions and products for consumer and commercial customers., high quality customer service and great employee attitude.

Cons

All consideration is given to giving the customer our top priority of service. Every company has room for improvement and Frontier has offered the most optimum quality in service.

Pros

The Money is Great if your in sales or in tech support a lot of opportunity to make money.Work from home positions.

Cons

Your hours are based on seniority which is based by your last name. so you can get stuck with bad hours b/c of your last name. and Eventually you can loose your job if your not making sale goals.Frontier will work with you however.
