      If you get paid on time it will be a miracle.

      Pros

      The people you work with directly are usually really nice. They try to promote a fun environment. As fun as a call center can be. If you work really hard you can make "decent" money, but you wont get rich working for these people.

      Cons

      The HR department is completely useless. Every pay check I've gotten has been screwed up. Either late or not the correct amount. The insurance is WAY to expensive for the coverage you get.

      Pros

      There is no upside at this company. Most of the good people leave within 1 year. People from Verizon were quickly cast off from the organization.

      Cons

      It is a "my way or the highway" company starting at the very top. if you come from any reputable Organization, don't bother to try to work there, you will be completely frustrated.
