Pros

The commissions are nice, if you are lucky enough to get them.

Cons

The rules change so much, you are literally forced to lie to your customers, on a regular basis. What was written in stone last week is now not applicable, no matter what it said in the contract. Managers have been known to bring employees to tears. The concept of good communication is laughable. I was actually asked, when requesting sick time off because of illness in May, if I had scheduled this request in January- no kidding.

Pros

Frontier got me started in my career, and generally equiped the employees for the job. The people are the best part of the place.

Cons

Frontier was great, but once Citizens came in it was a steady decline. Managing by reports seemed to be the rule, and i swear middle management was filled with people that could sit down with excel and figure out the absolute cheapest way to accomplish something, from a capital standpoint, nevermind what the costs might be from an operational standpoint.
