Pros

I worked for them yrs back, yes a little long ago but they are a great company. That job honestly gave me the skills and confidence i have today applying for jobs. Great staff and good energy. If I needed extra training I got it, got to move up to account manager, service level manager. It was a great job with some good people.

Cons

nothing. I loved it. I don't have any cons to really say about the company.

Pros

They treat you like a person, not an employee. That's reflected in the benefits and how management approaches employees, The work environment is very fun, and expansive. All the way from the owner of Frontline to the coworkers it has been a blessing to be a part of such an amazing company. Thank you Frontline for such an amazing opportunity.

Cons

It's hard to write cons because I genuinely enjoy the company.
