Pros

Work life balance. Nothing Else

Cons

Value metrics over real work, saving money/offshore vs long time employees, Meetings after meetings... low value processes and busy work vs getting products built and into production...unlimited vacation not really... more like scared to ask for vacation because you dont want to be seen as not working hard enough... and the kicker... we will off shore your job to save money, but have training/learning classes on how to train your cat...serious.

Pros

Work from home, PTO, pay is decent.

Cons

A ton of tech debt that will likely never be addressed. Your job may vanish with no warning. Plenty of talent is jumping ship in response. Seeing Frontline acquire other companies rather than taking care of their employees.

Pros

Rank and file employees and generally very nice people.

Cons

Mostly downhill since the Thoma Bravo acquisition. "Do more with less" has been the name of the game. Very little understanding from management on how big the mountain of legacy software is and how much effort and time is required to maintain it. New initiatives are generally underfunded and staffed.

Thank you for your feedback. I think one thing that all Frontliner's can agree on is that we have a pretty awesome team of people! I'm sorry to hear that you feel its been more of a bumpy ride with us since the TB acquisition. The process of 'scaling up' has indeed caused some added pressure, but we are aware and trying to address these concerns as quickly as possible! If you're open to chatting more about this, I'd love to sit down with you and dig into a couple of the points you brought up. Thanks again, Laurel McDermott (Director, HR)
