Cons
This place is considered a slave ship even by the hardest workers with most endurance. Good place for a job if your hurting for employment and want to continue to look. Many of the negative comments listed are very true even today. No work life balance, only all work. Management lies to employees about change but only for show. The management leading cultural change teams usually is part of the problem, so no change will ever come. Tension, stress, toxic culture all define this place. This place is in a downward spiral given it's current management. Easily can says that this is the worst place that I have ever worked at. I don't know why some good people stay.
