Free soft drinks? Health benefits are decent.

The owner only cares about himself. He is a complete narcissist.

Great people, great history, great roadmap!

Pros

I have seen the roadmap for 2020, 2021, and 2022. There are some exciting products and product line extensions coming out, which will be fun to bring to market.

Cons

Parking can be tricky down there (until you learn the local spots, such as Pike Place Market).

Thanks for your input! We love our product, love our customers and love what we are working on to keep things easy for our end users. Field Data Collection and Asset Tracking became so much more important once everyone was WFH from COVID-19 and realized the importance of having visibility of their stuff. Much more good stuff coming soon!

Pros

Friendly people and atmosphere during the workday. Ping pong table out in the center. It has disfunction in process like any company, but no worse.

Cons

Work-life balance here is basically "your work is your life. That's the balance". Expect to work into the night, check emails on Sunday, work Saturdays, and then have people passive aggressively wonder why you weren't available last Tuesday night. Not a great fit for anyone who wants friends, or to date or, (god forbid) has kids. I don't even know how those (luckily a minority here) people do it.
