Regarding your comments on terrible sales leadership, our People Ops team has been working closely with our Sales leaders to ensure that all managers receive training on effective and inclusive leadership. Our sales team and Competitive Intelligence Analyst have begun implementing more training to help individuals feel set up for success going into a Sales role at FullStory. While these processes can’t be fixed overnight, we have made them a priority here to ensure that current and future FullStorians feel comfortable and confident in their role. Again, while it stings to hear that your experience here could have been better, what you’ve shared with us will help us grow, and we appreciate it.
