      Pros

      Unlike most companies, FullStory successfully created a culture of success-seekers rather than failure avoiders. Every employee genuinely loves their job and are whole-heartedly dedicated to improving lives through better customer experience. I feel extremely fortunately to have had the opportunity to work along side so many incredibly talented people at FullStory. Also, the fridge was constantly stocked with La Croix so that's definitely a plus.

      Cons

      There was a few times when we ran out of La Croix or only had the coconut flavor...

      Pros

      I've been in F500 and other startups in town. Best place to work. Trust from management. No micro management going on. Company is growing and doing very well. Sense of humor. Hug It Out (weekly forum) lets me know what's going on in Product/Numbers/Sales. One of the very few places to still pay 99% of your medical/dental/vision coverage

      Cons

      Company grew very fast, conference rooms are scarce.
