Remote, Full digital place, Excelent people and very helpful, Mentoring helping start and adapt to new clients

Cons

Some new clients have a lower digital culture/mindset than fullstack, so it's kind a shock to deal with these environments. We as a consultant have a mission try our best to suggest some improvements in a gentle way and hope for the best. The least option is change to another client.
