- You have a lot of benefits as contractor - Good Salary

Cons

- Not yet, maybe that you need to track your activities using a time tracker software, but it's not so bad

Working from Home good equipment (laptop, keyboards, etc) English Class Agile methodology (meetings only when it's needed) Interesting Projects Room to improve and add new skills

Cons

no complaints so far. one little thing could be as we are working from home would be nice to have events to interact with other employees. (sports event, social activities, etc )
