Pros

Friendly and collaborative work environment. Access to a highly skilled and knowledgeable team. Constant learning opportunities through training programs. Encouragement to tackle challenging projects, which fosters professional growth. Opportunity to gain expertise across diverse fields and industries. Supportive management that values employee development. A great culture for innovation and problem-solving.

Cons

The fast-paced environment can sometimes feel demanding. Balancing multiple challenging projects may require strong time management skills. The dynamic nature of work might not suit those who prefer routine or minimal change.

Pros

I have been working at FullStack Labs as a Software Engineer for 2 and a half years and have had an amazing experience so far. The company culture is fantastic, with a strong emphasis on collaboration, innovation, and work-life balance. From day one, I was impressed with the onboarding process. My team was very welcoming and took the time to introduce me to the company's values, goals, and software development methodologies. The company also provides ample opportunities for professional growth, including regular training sessions. One of the things I appreciate most about FullStack Labs is the level of trust and autonomy given to employees. I feel empowered to take ownership of my projects and am given the resources and support I need to succeed. Additionally, the company has a flat organizational structure that allows for open communication and easy access to leadership. Overall, I highly recommend FullStack Labs to anyone looking for a rewarding career as a Software Engineer. The company values its employees, fosters a positive and inclusive work environment, and is committed to driving innovation and excellence in the software development industry.

Pros

Great company culture, strong leadership, and a healthy work environment. I’ve had the opportunity to work on meaningful projects with talented people, while also having trust, autonomy, and space to grow professionally.

Cons

As with many fast-growing companies, some processes can still be improved, especially around cross-team alignment, salary reviews and documentation. Nothing major, but there is room to make collaboration even smoother.

Pros

- They are very clear from the moment you start about your condition as a contractor (if that's the case, which is very likely) - what you have and what you don't - The work environment is great, and the clients I've work with have been great as well - Pay is decent - Work-life balance is actually a thing, and if you need the extra cash and want to do over-time, it is also a possibility - Yearly salary revisions/adjustments based on performance - Leadership is approachable and active in public channels - you can see the CTO sharing his ideas/opinions about the industry on Slack which is very motivating IMO

Cons

- You should try to get a good entry salary as your yearly revision are %... so you can have a hard time if your entry salary is too low - You're not paid for the time you don't work (sickness, PC/internet unavailable, holidays, etc.) - it is made clear to you, but you need to be aware and plan accordingly - Not really any other cons that I can think of... which speaks very good about FSL
