Pros

-Great compensation. -Very sharp colleagues. -Collaborative environment. -Slick product that truly is changing the game and setting an incredibly high bar within this space. -Genuine interest from upper management to receive feedback from all team members for improvements and ideas for growth. -Company is rapidly growing! -Cute dogs everywhere.

Cons

-Not really a huge con....but since this is a rapidly growing start-up, systems and processes are always changing and evolving.

Cons

Leadership is sometimes too eager to micromanage, but staff is empowered to say "no" Small company, so room for movement might not be possible.
