This used to be a solid firm. The shareholders sold the company and it is under new ownership. Not evident that there are too many pros presently

Cons

The price that the stockholders will get for their sale is dependent on the firm hitting aggressive profitability goals. From where I sit the interests of the former stockholder's and the employees are different. The growth is to fund their payout.

Working remotely and some of the co-workers were the best in their industry.

Cons

You are expected to have super high billable hours maintained no matter how long you are employed. I have seen them let people go after 20 years of service because billable hours were low for one period. Management is out for themselves and don't care about their employees. It is a good ole' boys club run by old white men.

Old boy network, do not take advantage of IT, poor management in IT has lead to low moral . Limited advancement opportunities.
