Higher pay band than most property management - but consider this hazard pay

Cons

Poor and uninformed management, zero communication or opportunity for advancement, lack of trust between managers, regionals that are more concerned with personal relationships with subordinates than with managing their properties, no proper training. Read reviews for properties before applying for a position at GSC - from residents and employees.

You have a job. No really!

Cons

The benefits are very expensive. They try to act and pretend to be great , bit they don't care about the field employees or the tenants. They never want to fix anything. I worked out of Virginia. I really hope its not that bad in the two other states.
