Culture of making the employee happy at work creates happy customers is great.

Cons

Take all the smiles and happy happy joy joy seriously. If you look at them the wrong way or unintentionally do something they are not happy with watch out! I have never seen anything like it. Fun concept but it is not real for the most part. Some of management are truly there others act nice then throw an axe in you back. You may not be able to tell who is good and who is evil. It's all a big show for the CEO.

3% match on 401k. 100% paid vision coverage. Good dental plan. PTO. Gym reimbursement.

Cons

bad communication. fear of reprisal. They say there is an open door policy but if you say anything that doesn't agree with management, they say you are being perceived as negative and fire you. which is why almost all managers and AVP's/VP's have been let go since the new CEO arrived in 2010. People will be nice to your face but are phony and will talk about you behind your back. They play favorites. If your manager likes you, then you can talk and play all day and collect a paycheck.
