The people out in the field and directors were fine people, but weren't interested in helping or changing things too drastically. They had good judgement not promoting the Sr. Manager due to her poor management and people skills. Operational sites and DCs were also decent with director support.

Cons

-Sr. Manager of this role was rude, a bully, micromanager, and set unreal expectations - Lack of leadership -Terrible pay vs. work life balance. - SR. Manager for this role should not lead people. She was not equipped to have direct reports - Office was filthy and conditions were not up to standards. Desk was a piece of wood on two saw horses. - No trust to get work done and an overall toxic work environment

Horrible culture. It wasn't bad at XPO, but when they cutover to GXO, it has steadily declined.
