Pros

I don't see anything good about Gallagher. Supervisors are afraid of speaking up for their employees for fear of losing their own job.

Cons

I've read multiple reviews about people working from home. At the location I worked people were not permitted to work from home. Also, some reviews state minimum raises. I worked for Gallagher for over 5 years and no one at my location received raises.

Pros

The atmosphere and culture cannot be beat at Gallagher. I worked for an insurance administrator for several years before coming to Gallagher, and wish I would of joined the team sooner. The President of our division, manager, & coworkers are ALL amazing, professional and caring individuals that want to see me succeed! Human Resources was phenomenal in keeping in touch and letting me know how the interview process works.
