      Pros

      Vision, Mission & Values: Galloway is focused on creating a great work culture as we grow and get into more and more great projects. There are numerous opportunities to grow and bring ideas - no one has a "we've always done it this way" attitude and ideas and an entrepreneurial spirit are welcome. The leadership is focused on growing the next generation of leaders because we are a legacy company which means that it is a great place to build a career long-term.

      Cons

      Like all professional services fields there are times that to hit deadlines that overtime is necessary to service the client. This is not unique to Galloway, more of an industry-wide fact.

      Pros

      Leadership does an exceptional job of providing the highest level of service to clients, while working with each employee to achieve their individual career goals and work-life balance. Feels like being part of a successful supportive family that truly wants the best for each other.

      Cons

      One of the greatest parts of Galloway is that they are open to change when it makes sense. Galloway has done an amazing job at listening to feedback from all employees. They incorporate input from all levels with annual refinement of a strategic plan. Company policies, benefits, programs, etc. have all occurred based on feedback. It is rare that a company with both take and respond to input from employees like Galloway does!

      Pros

      A group who makes a conscious effort to focus as much on the well being of it's employees as it does it's clients and the bottom line

      Cons

      Only potential "con" might be the pace of growth however, so far, with the growth there remains a focus on the positive culture and recognition of employees, clients and work/life balance
