They do a very diverse set of jobs that keeps things from getting repetitive. They pay close attention to how hard people work and do a great job recognizing that and compensating for it. There are frequently fun company activities that foster a great community. I've never worked with such a good overall group of people that worked together, had fun together, and cared about each other.

Galloway knows how to treat there employee's right. They take pride in how they treat there employees and rightfully so. They have many disciplines within the company and people within each disciplines can use one another as a resource. That alone is an effective tool that lets a team huddle together and solve problems as they arise and not only tell a client the problem but also give a solution on the spot. They are very adaptable and are willing to take on any project no matter the size.
