Pros

Working at Galls has been a great experience. The mission of serving first responders/public safety sector gives my work real meaning. My manager has been incredibly supportive—clear, communicative, and growth-oriented. Mike Fadden, CEO is focused on long-term success and his internal communication is amazing. Team is very collaborative and so much learning through the lens of "What does our customer need/want" Everyone is hands on which is a plus point.

Cons

Processes and tools are being uplifted but until then we have to bare the short term pain of some outdated tools.

A company that has worked hard to grow out of the past, with a focus on its employees and customers. Leadership is focused on culture and providing fulfillment for its employees, and the whole company feels united towards a worthy cause. Solid benefits, advancement opportunities, and a strong mission with a family feel. You really get the sense you that your voice is heard, your perspective listened to, and you are making a difference - with customers and within the community. A stable company, well run with strong financials, morals and ethics, this is a company to make a career at.

Cons

There are so many business opportunities, we can't pursue everything we wish we could!

In all of my years of working, I have never felt more appreciated and valued for the knowledge that I bring to the organization. I appreciate the collaborative environment excited for our future. Love the fast-paced environment. I could see staying here for another 15 years.

Cons

As with any organization, some people don't like change. But change is the one thing that is always constant, with any organization or phase of life. Nothing worth having is easy.
