      1. Well researched science. Very strong in Financial Services, Hospitality and Retail. 2. Great Subject Matter experts (although but a handful remain). 3. Trusting Clients

      Cons

      1. Bad leadership behavior and decisions, particular among new people managers. 2. Strategy of Hiring Talent without Tenure, Relevant knowledge and Skill is a formula for "Fire", "Aim", "Ready" 3. Rewards poor performance - partial to those with good relationships with key leaders 4. Newbie Client Development Consultants are eroding the practice of science. They have little experience and are trusted with the task of advising the "C" Suite.

      The people are some of the smartest anywhere.

      The people: some of the people designated as managers are still wet behind the ears and don't know the first thing about what it means to manage.

      Some of the most committed, intelligent, kind coworkers you could ever have. Wonderful clients Nice office space

      See previous reviews. This has become a sad story of incompetence and arrogance. Many of our best have left the organisation as a result.
