Pros

A lot of working by yourself. Most of the work you do leaves you usy for the day and as long as you know how to do it it goes by. All positions are part time until you reach regional management. Employee discount

Cons

They pay next to nothing and expect you to be a manager without the title as a key holder. They hold everyone else responsible for their whims and short sited decisions.
