Pros

It was a good environment. The team has changed, so I have no insight into that. Store leads were very professional

Cons

Poor Upper Management and Unprofessionalism Every time GameStop changed policy (Taking away Pro Benefits, New Credit Card) we had to answer to customers' rage. Were not backed by our Upper Management in those situations. Were not backed by our Upper Management when we were harrassed.

Pros

Play plenty of games for free, Great job if you are young and love video games.

Cons

Corporate sent marketing material weekly, so everyone had to redo the entire store and potentially the layout to accommodate. Very strict rules and arbitrary rules for just about everything.
