Always busy, no room for growth, constantly numbers driven, but numbers and pay do not correlate. Constantly adding or changing processes for new product adding more responsibility with no increase in pay for learning new skills and using them daily, no real training or at least good training on store procedures, the training tools provide focus more on sales and workplace environments rather than operations.
