Pros

You can see the merchandise up close and you have more of an idea when rare items will come into stock.

Cons

-When I was there, they really pushed for people to follow an exact script when answering the phone. It was a long spiel that customers often didn't want to listen through and had them feeling like they were talking to a robot.
