Pros

Good pay, return games after a while and get to pretty much use a lot of used ones like renting

Cons

Some bad customers, but that's how it is anywhere. Many people come in yelling and complain when they don't get much for their returns.

Co-workers are great. Work in video game industry, employee reduction is good.

Cons

Management is meh . Chaotic hours (goes from 10 to 40 depending of situation.)
