Cons

I worked for two great Regional Managers and my store and district had great success. However our latest Regional was clueless and over the last couple of years slowly took away the tools needed for us to be successful. He was not open to discussing what we needed to be successful and when he regional began to crumble the company did not act to replace or train him. It was obvious that he has had no retail experience at the store level and it became impossible to continue to be successful.

great poeple and easy customers make it for a walk in the park, the company is customer service oriented so customer are always first. great benefit package.

Cons

long hours at time and the lack of management support in many areas specially in the lower levels make it for a hard place to work sometimes, always having initiatives and not seeking that they are fully completed.

Pros

I have grown along with the company for 12+ years. The company has changed quite a lot and is now very performance based as is any retail situation.

Cons

At times the payroll budget was very constraining, in particular the limited budget allowed for very little customer interaction as dictated by our customer service standards.
