Pros

Game rentals and a discount that's about it.

Cons

They expect management work from their base employees. There is zero reason a base employee should be doing deposits to the bank or verifying that the deposits actually made it. They will push you to go into meetings and emails and a load of other crap when you're nothing more than a $11 an hour employee.
